Mental Health Support

Teens Therapy

When a teen is struggling, it often affects the entire household. In our teen therapy, we create a space where adolescents can open up in ways that feel comfortable and authentic to them—through conversation, creative expression, and approaches that match their personality and stage of life.

We work with concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, academic pressure, friendship and relationship challenges, behavior concerns, and major life changes like divorce or family transitions. Early support helps prevent these challenges from becoming long-term patterns, so we focus on both what your teen is experiencing now and the underlying stressors in their daily life.

Parents remain an important part of the process. We offer regular check-ins, parent sessions, and practical guidance so you feel confident supporting your teen, setting healthy boundaries, and reinforcing positive coping skills at home. When appropriate, we can also collaborate with schools or other providers to ensure consistent support.

Our goal is not to “fix” your teen, but to understand what their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are communicating. Together, we help them build self-awareness, strengthen confidence, and develop tools they can rely on now and into adulthood.
