"Although no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending." -Carl Bard. I see my role as an honored opportunity to join you on your journey to a "brand new ending." Finding the courage to seek support is a true sign of strength.

My approach is strength-based, solution focused, and client-centered. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges such as: anxiety, depression, anger management, conflict resolution, stress management, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, Autism Spectrum, intellectual disabilities, parenting struggles, and behavioral challenges with children, ages 5 and up, adolescents, adults and couples.

Pamela A. Anderson, MA, LMFT, LSC

I have been a counselor for over twenty years, and have enjoyed working with a variety of people, ranging from ages 5 – 95. I spent the last 15 years working in private and public schools as a therapist and school counselor. I have also worked with couples, families, groups and individuals. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, and a licensed school counselor.

I believe that every person deserves and is capable of feeling peace and finding meaning in their lives. There are times along the way when we lose sight of the passion and joy that was once ours. These challenging times can often be important life lessons and reminders to help guide you back to what matters most in your life. I will work with you to help you rediscover what your passion and purpose is, and how to rekindle that joy in your life. I will meet you where you are on your journey and help you discover what is missing and how to find it.

Paula Christiansen, MA, LMFT

I believe that there is a wise self in all of us that finds ways to communicate distress, and that we have it in us to recognize these troubling behaviors and symptoms as powerful messages that can be transformed into becoming our greatest strengths. Once symptoms are recognized and patterns understood, they can illuminate a path and open the door to healing and improved function.

With use of Art Therapy and narrative methods, I work with clients to externalize difficult emotions - to create a new way of thinking that facilitates the development of skills that can support individuals to navigate through life with a strong sense of self and renewed purpose.
